Adam Ventura, MS, BCBA, is the Founder and CEO of Intraverbal AI, leading the integration of AI with behavior science. A Florida International University alum and adjunct professor, Adam focuses on using AI to revolutionize ABA through data-driven tools. He co-founded the Miami Association for Behavior Analysis and serves as Chairman of Bueno Ventures, Inc. Previously, he founded and scaled World Evolve, Inc., a multi-state ABA provider he exited in 2018. He is an author on ethics, leadership, and AI’s growing impact in ABA.

Diana Anzures, BCBA, earned her MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from University of North Texas and a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy Analysis. With experience from direct care to clinical operations, she has optimized staff training and workflows. Currently, Diana explores AI’s potential to enhance ABA services by automating reporting and increasing productivity, enabling behavior analysts to focus more on clients while driving innovation and strategic improvements in behavioral health systems.

Dr. Kristen Byra, BCBA-D, licensed in Arizona and Texas, holds a Ph.D. in Psychology focused on Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. She specializes in autism interventions and organizational behavior management. Since 2017, Kristen has developed Clinical Decision Support Systems for insurance and provider agencies, served as an expert witness, and reviewed for the Behavior Analysis in Practice journal. The Arizona Governor appointed her to the Committee for Behavior Analysts to advance best practices statewide.

Sarah Williams, BCBA and licensed in Texas, holds a Master’s in Behavior Analysis from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. She specializes in treating maladaptive behaviors and integrating clinical efficiencies with evidence-based practices. As Area Director of Clinical Services, Sarah oversees multiple Houston centers, driving high-quality, client-centered care. She also serves as a Subject Matter Expert for Intraverbal AI, helping develop innovative AI tools that enhance clinical decision-making and streamline ABA service delivery.

Patrick Jecmen is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a background in special education and systems-level change. He began as a special education teacher and case manager supporting students with complex emotional and behavioral needs, then moved into coaching to strengthen educator practice. Patrick completed graduate training in Educational Psychology at the University of Southern Maine. He co-founded Learning Behavior Analysis (LBA) and LBA Consulting with Clélia Sigaud, leading exam prep and practice-oriented CEUs and partnering with school and district leaders to build evidence-informed, sustainable systems.

Clélia Sigaud, PsyD, BCBA-D, is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist specializing in severe behavior support for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She co-founded Learning Behavior Analysis (LBA) and LBA Consulting, where she leads high-impact exam prep resources and practice-focused continuing education. Clélia also partners with school and district leaders to build evidence-informed, sustainable support systems.

Julianne Gonzalez, M.S., BCBA, LBA (MO & GA), is a board certified and licensed behavior analyst with 10+ years in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has led clinical teams across school and multi-regional provider settings as a Clinical Supervisor, ABA Department Director, and Clinical Director—overseeing complex cases and coaching RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs. Julianne specializes in ethical, compassionate, data-driven care and is passionate about training and mentorship that improves client dignity and outcomes.

Dr. Natalie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and psychologist with over 20 years of experience in autism services. She has led evidence-based programs in clinical, school, and hospital settings, serving as a professor, program director, and CEO. An author of several books and articles, she integrates precision teaching and systems design to bridge behavioral science and clinical practice. Her work influences autism services and corporate leadership, and she is currently focused on improving access to diagnostic services by removing barriers to support.
